Representative Perillo testifies February 18th at a public hearing in favor of a bill that will enable municipalities to tax vehicles in their communities in a fairer and more informed manner. The measure also would ensure that vehicle owners are not improperly taxed, which can be burdensome and unfair. The hearing was conducted by the state legislature’s Planning and Development Committee.
